We want you to be completely satisfied with your Roborock cleaning experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your product in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Device

Securely place the robot vacuum and all original accessories, manuals, and packaging into the shipping box to ensure the item is protected during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the provided prepaid shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
